I've spent fifteen years going from writing data pipelines to running an entire data and ML platform end to end. Today I'm one of three engineers who own Cabify's data platform, from real-time ingestion at scale to the systems that serve machine learning in production.

I care about platforms that pay for themselves instead of just running up cloud bills, and about the judgment that, in the age of AI, matters more than the tools everyone already shares. I'm starting to write about the things I've learned the hard way: platform engineering, MLOps, real-time data, and building with judgment.
